WHERE TO SOW
Indoors- Early sowings in trays under glass at 13°C. Seedlings should be pricked off into trays 5cm apart as soon as large enough to handle. Gradually harden off for planting in growing site 25cm apart.
Outdoors - Later sowings should be made direct into the growing site 1cm deep, in rows 30cm apart. Thin out as they grow, to 25cm eventual spacing. Thinnings can be transplanted to another site.
