Tough Green is one of our best grass seed mixtures. It combines attributes of seeds like Sprogs & Dogs and Premium Green to produce a very tough grass seed. This mixture establishes quickly too, with germination typically taking 3-5 days when sown in ideal conditions.

It will produce a lush lawn providing you with a lovely consistent green colour all year round. Whilst a mixture like Premium Green is of ornate quality, this mix is high quality and provides a tough ground cover. It is a hard wearing mixture, perfect for lawns with high traffic density.

You can sow this mixture throughout the growing year. You can expect best results in Spring and Autumn when conditions are best for sowing.
